Independent by design
Varellan Limited is a limited company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. We provide claims consultancy and commercial and construction advisory to organisations operating in oil and gas, offshore construction, floating production and associated infrastructure, including offshore wind.
We work as an independent contractor. Our advice is grounded in the contractual record, the project facts and commercially realistic options — not in advocacy for its own sake.

How we conduct ourselves
Confidentiality
Client matters, claim files and commercial information are treated as confidential. We do not publish case studies that would identify a counterparty or engagement.
Integrity
We expect engagements to comply with applicable anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements, and we conduct ourselves accordingly.
Professional statement
Varellan is an independent consultancy. It does not provide legal advice or representation, is not an insurance intermediary, and does not receive, hold or handle client or third-party funds. Recoveries arising from settled claims are paid directly to clients. Fees for our services are received only from the contracting client, into an account in Varellan’s own name.
